- I offer my sellers advice to get their houses ready for market, from basic organizing, offering staging suggestions, painting, suggestions to eliminate any red-flag concerns that could arise in an inspection, and of course providing them with an accurate CMA (comparative analisis of the market) to price correctly the house, according to the market, location and condition of the house.
- I offer my buyers advice on how to find the right mortgage company to fit their needs, and according to buyers income find the right price for their future home, starts looking for their dream home until they find it, after that I guide them from attorney review, mortgage application, home inspections, until closing. My commitment does not end when the deal is finalized, my clients know they can count on me and call me anytime if they need anything, whether it is to make their move easier, or to get work done on their homes. I am there to provide them with my full time services, and help them reach their dream is my best reward.
